Starting this journey I knew I needed information about vegetables. UG! More time to "look up" something. But this is different. This isn't something that is going to feed my brain (well in a way it is) , this is something for my health. I like to be physically active. I like food!!! I have an obsession with chips. I do not have an obsession with vegetables. Thanks to Nextflix and the world of documentaries I am finding that I want to be a vegetable juicer! Mike won't let me buy one by the way! But I need more vegetables.
This is what I learned about myself. Yes I am 44 and proud of it! Now I know I need to know that if I don't do it I am at risk of chronic diseases! What! I workout, drink water, try to get enough sleep, but I don't eat enough veggies! Stroke, type 2 diabetes, cancer, heart disease...... I am only 44 I hope to have another 54 years left!!!! My Grandpa Rowe was 98 when he passed away. He lived a great life and I can only hope mine is the same. I wonder if he at enough veggies????
